LV Division Winter Sports Success!

On Wednesday 7 June, St Michael’s fielded four teams of grade 5 and 6 students at the Latrobe Valley Division Winter Sports competition. 

Competing against up to 5 teams (schools) from across the Latrobe Valley, our mixed AFL team, girls soccer, boys soccer and girls Netball team gave their best to come out on top for the day. It was fantastic to see great teamwork and sportsmanship across all teams from St Michael’s and all other schools.

All teams, along with a mixed Tee-ball team that progressed directly from the Traralgon District Winter Sports, will compete at the Gippsland Region Winter Sports finals which are being held in Maffra and Sale next month on Wednesday 19 July.
