I just wanted to thank the many parents, grandparents and family members who are turning up each week at the school to help with sessions such as PMP, hearing Foundation reading, assisting at events such as the Mother’s Day stall and attending the level and school Masses. We appreciate the time and effort you are making to help the children and also build our school community. Thank you!

By all reports the 5/6 campers are having a lovely time.  They are not just enjoying the various activities but demonstrating a sense of growth and resilience, which we all value and encourage. A special thank you to the staff who have taken time away from their families so that the children can enjoy experiences like camp.

Lord, You send out Your Spirit to touch the hearts of all people,

so that they may believe in You and in Jesus whom You sent.

Look kindly on all candidates for Confirmation

as they listen to Your voice.

Open their hearts to Your Spirit and bring to fulfillment

the good work that You have begun in them.

As we prepare these children for Confirmation,

make each of us an instrument of Your love.

Teach us to appreciate what is holy in others,

and to be patient with what we do not understand.

Deepen our faith in the Gospel

and help us to pass it on by our example.

We pray that You will continue to guide us and sustain us.

Through Christ our Lord, Amen.

WINTER ROUND ROBIN

On Tuesday 6th of June 5/6 students are participating in Winter Round Robin Sports (Football, Soccer, Netball and T-ball) and we are in need of more support (coaches and umpires across these as we are entering multiple teams in football, soccer and netball). Events like this rely on assistance so if you are able to spare your time and talent to assist your children on the day please email lclarke@stmtraralgon.catholic.edu.au - you must have a current WWCC.
