The Resilience Project
As we look forward to the school holidays, the winter weather marks the perfect time to stay home and stay warm.
The following information (via the QR code) offers ideas for talking with your child about The Resilience Project pillars of Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness. There are also ideas for activities to do as a family to continue the GEM practices. Being active and appreciating the things we have has been proven to improve mood. These ideas can help to enhance your winter school holidays.
Parents and carers from St Michael's are invited to see The Resilience Project webinar about building resilience at home. This webinar is on Thursday 31st July, 6:30-7:30pm. You can register using this link. This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to learn practical strategies to practice gratitude, empathy and mindfulness at home to continue to support and enhance your child's wellbeing.
