Concert week is here!

On Wednesday students will have an early lunch and play at 12pm, get changed into their costume at school, then walk to the Theatre at 1pm. After the performance students will return to school for the remainder of the day and go home in their costume. Make up is not required for the Wednesday matinee performance.  After the matinee the children can be collected from school as they will need to return to school to collect their school bags.

Children are asked to be at GPAC between 5:30-5:50pm on Wednesday night before the evening performance. F-2 children are to be dropped at the back stage door at the corner of Grey St and Church St. A teacher will be at the door to meet them. 3-6 children to be dropped at the door near the outdoor space between GPAC and the little theatre. At the conclusion of the evening performance at 7:15pm please come and collect all children from the same place that you dropped them off. Teachers will need to tick students off before they can go. If your child is going home with someone else please let their classroom teacher know beforehand.

We are also asking that they bring a pair of thongs or slides to wear at GPAC for the performances

The grades Foundation, One and Two students begin their swimming lessons on Wednesday next week at the Ford Centre. Thank you to all the parents who have been able to volunteer their time to help with the buses and supervision. 

Just a reminder that the school is closed on Monday 31st October and Tuesday 1st November. School resumes on Wednesday 2nd November.
